Americans Add Offensive Punch On The Blue-Line With The Addition Of Turner Ottenbreit

The Allen Americans, and partner Globe Life, are proud to announce that the team has added blue-liner Turner Ottenbreit to the roster for the 2019-2020 season. Matt Register finished fourth in the league in scoring last season in defenseman points, with 46 in 62 games. The Calgary, Alberta resident is a three-time Kelly Cup Champion, with one of those cups coming with the Allen Americans.

City of Allen Awarded AARP Grant for Electric- and Pedal-Powered Adult Tricycles!

AARP has announced the awardees for its 2019 AARP Community Challenge grant program, which includes the City of Allen. The City of Allen is being awarded $5,996 for the purchase of electric- and pedal-powered adult tricycles to allow people with varying levels of mobility to access and enjoy local trail systems and recreational areas.
