Low T, What Can You Do?

Low Testosterone (Low T) is a condition that is becoming increasingly prevalent in our society. Many experts believe this is due in part to all of the additives and hormones that are in our food supply. Contrary to popular belief, Low T affects so much more than a man’s sex drive. A deficiency in testosterone has been attributed to lack of energy, poor concentration, difficulty sleeping, night sweats, mood swings, depression, and an increase in body fat especially around the abdomen as well as a decrease in muscle tone.

High Intensity Interval Training

Fitness trends come and go, but one trend seems to be staying and getting more and more popular because of the amazing results and benefits it provides. High Intensity Interval Training also known as HIIT was listed as one of the top fitness trends for 2014 by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). This type of training involves repeated bouts of high intensity effort followed by varied recovery times.
